Want a fun and easy tutorial that will sure be a great Christmas gift hit for those little ones or just for the ladies?
Well I have come up with this super cute Vintage like headband!
I get so many compliments on this headband at church and wherever i go out!
What you need is:
glue gun
scissors
satin
tulle
beads
ribbon
cost:
Satin=$0.36 for 1/8th at walmart
beads= free to $2.00
ribbon= for 3 yards $2.00
I already had my supplies from previous so this would have cost me a total of $1.13
I have posted earlier a tutorial on how to make burnt satin flowers that is where you will go to get most of the project done here.
Now after you have done all that you also do that with the tulle
(Tulle scrunches up really fast so don’t burn it!)
Now that you have all your pieces you Layer them together how ever you want.
Once your happy with how it looks you will hot glue them together a petal at a time.
Then hot glue the bead into the center.
grab your ribbon and measure the length you want for a head band. Cut.
Now you hot glue the petals in the center of the ribbon (I made 3 burnt flowers)
After that is done now burn the edges of the ribbon that you have cut so the don’t fray on you.
and there you have your vintage like headband! So stylish and a beautiful piece.
