I love this time of year!
My sister in-law gave me a lot of paper back books and i decided to recycle them so i came up with this easy Christmas tree. All you need is:scissors
Paper from books
tape and hot glue.
Instructions:
Start by either getting tissue paper (that’s what i used) or bunch up a lot of the paper book and shape it into a cone and tape it in place.
With you hands rip scraps out from the paper book and by doing this it will automatically curl the ends of the paper… if you want a more exaggerated curl then grab the scissors and curl the ends with it.
Now hot glue them all on the paper cone that you created from bottom up.
And that’s pretty much it. Easy Peasy right?
Now you can make 2, 3 or 4!
What a great little decoration

Cute trees and looks very simple to do. I did a series of different mini christmas trees on my blog too.
Super cute Mariel!
Oh, this is seriously simple and easy peasy and also very pretty
I am on my paper trees too…and this makes me feel quite foolish about perfecting the curls. I could have saved so much time and gotten an effect that's so chic. This is a winner
this is so great I've never thought to make your own cone. I love this inexpensive take on the cone trees. I would love it if you added this to my link party over at http://raegunwear.blogspot.com
I you and lilli have been well!
