My children love their homemade dolls!
This monster cost me under $2 to make.
Materials:
Paper
pen
pins
fabric
thread
scissors
sewing machine
Instruction:
Your going to draw a pattern on a folded piece of paper
Here is my pattern
And this is what he will look like:
Now pin the pattern to the fabric and cut 2 bodys, 2arms, 2 legs, 2 eyes.
after you did this start buy stitching or gluing the mouth and eyes.
now stitch with right sides together the arms and legs.
Make sure you leave a opening because we are going to stuff them.
Now your going to cut a LONG strip of fabric and pin it right sides together along the body.
Should look like this:
YUUHUUUU!!!
And stitch.
Don’t forget to leave a opening.
Now right side together stitch the back of the body.
Turn him inside out and your ready to stuff!
Once he is all stuffed you just hand stitch him closed and he is ready to play!
