Cardigan makeover

So a few months ago i came across this cardigan (i think this is what it is) and i saw it for $0.99 at goodwill, I am such a girl that if i see a bargain i have to buy it!
tee hee…
Anyways i bought it and i later didn’t like it at all!
so what i decided to do was dress it up a little so i can love it and not have it sit in the closet all alone in there.
This is the Before:
And after:
Isn’t it cute?
all i did was follow this yo yo tutorial made three 4 inch and three 2 inch.
Then i pinned them in place and handstitched them, it took about 20 mins or so to have it all stitched.
Then i stitched my vintage buttons on there that i had.
I think i did a great job! haha!
this was really fun and added some nice texture and color to my cardigan!
Hope you enjoyed this post!
